Is it me or does the market seem to have a lot of confidence?

I believe there are so many opportunities, think about it. All the folks that would have liked to have moved since 2009 till now. There is a real pent up demand and the markets have rebounded enough for a lot of these folks to do so. So what are you going to do about it?
