If you have been following me for any length of time, you know I am a Google fan boy.
One of the many things I've learned from Google is their obsession with the little things, like speed. I just searched the word potatoes and I received 113,000,000 results in .24 seconds.
That's obsession, if someone in Google can shave a 1000th of a second off of something they are on it.
What that has taught me is, if you focus on the tiny things, the bigger things are a result.
Which takes me to one more call. The idea is, if at the end of everyday when you are ready to go home, you are all packed up. You make one more call.
Let's say you work 5 days a week for 48 weeks, that is 240 days or 240 more calls. What if you closed a transaction every 60 calls? You would add 4 more closings to your business. What if your average commission was $6,000, that's an extra $24,000 per year for one more call.
It is a lot easier to focus on the little things than the bigger things.
