You can use Visa, Mastercard, Amex

You can sign up for one or both just use the drop down and select

Once you select which you will be taken to a Paypal page.
If you do not have a Paypal account Just Under the Log In button
There is a Don’t have a Paypal account? From there you can use a debit or credit card
