Since you know that using video in your real estate marketing is not a luxury but a necessity I have listed below some Flip Video Cameras for you.
They range from 60 minutes to 4 hours of HD video.
I think that the 120 minutes is plenty for the Realtor. Your videos should not be more than 1-2 minutes, 3 minutes if you have really good content.
You need to think about how you receive emails and videos. If someone sends you a 4-5 minute video, you might not watch it OR a long winded email you probably won’t read it.

He is very famous in the social media world. He records everything in his car with a flip camera on the little tripod. He has a good presence and part of the appeal is that a sense that you are getting a glimpse into the inner workings of a real estate business. Kinda reality show’ish.
Remember if it is about you only your family will watch it at gun point. If you provide quality content it will go viral.
