We had an overwhelming response to the class that was held a few weeks ago.
We are going to hold it again Wed Aug 4th 1-3PM at the SL Board of Realtors auditorium.

While banks are tightening up their guidelines, buyers are more and more are having their ratings fall.

Self employed have w2s that don’t reflect what they can really afford.

People that have less than perfect credit.

Some may not have a full down payment or have a down payment but the property needs work.

The buyer can afford the down or the work but not both.

Twitter Class Scheduled November 12th Salt Lake Board Computer Lab

There are a lot of people that want to learn how to use Social Media Tools like Twitter, Facebook and Blogs.

I have scheduled a class for Nov 12th 1-3:00 PM at the Salt Lake Board Computer Lab for Hands on Training.

Twitter for business- (Doing it wrong can cause a lot more damage than you think)

What you will learn

How to search for your target audience and market it to them

What to tweet and what not to

How to get people to follow you (think Tribes- Seth Godin)

Who to follow and who to block

How to create tweets to go off in the future

How to monitor your click traffic
i.e. If you sent a link to an interesting article, know how many people clicked it.

(hint twitter is for getting people to your web sites)

How to send tweets from your cell ph

FREE 3rd Party Applications

How to connect your tweets to Facebook (active Facebook account required) work two audiences at once

When the class is done you will created an account, found people, found targets, followed people and you will have tweeted.

If you register and have a twitter account send me your twitter name I will look at in advance to make recommendations.

Cost is $49 dollars with 10% going to KW Cares

We will go through a series of classes that will walk you through getting a domain, a hosting account, setting up a blog, finding and setting up themes.

Then we will go through how and what to write for business. How to write to get Google juice. How to use images, where to find images some paid, some free. How to get first page placement on Google (it is not a magic bullet, it is content and time)

You will get web sites for resources and homework.

This series should take at least 3 classes and they will be held at the Salt Lake Board Computer Lab for an absolute hands on experience. Seating is limited to 12. Cost will be $50 per session with 10% going to KW Cares.

If you are interested go ahead and register and we will get together and work out a schedule.

Other cost will be Domain(s) ranging from .99 to $10 per year. A web hosting account. Godaddy Hosting Account ranging from $4.75 to 6.75 per month.
